SIT 2 STAND FIT is a 45 minute fun, friendly, low-impact seated exercise class to music, followed by refreshments and a chance to socialise!
This class is designed specifically for those aged 50+ to help improve balance, strength, flexibility, general fitness levels and wellbeing. It is perfect for those who have limited mobility, who find it challenging to exercise whilst standing up.
It is a multi-level class which can cater for all abilities where exercises can be performed either seated, standing or a combination of both, and is adapted to suit individual fitness levels.
This group takes place on Tuesdays at the Christ Church Centre from 2-2.45pm. The class is followed by half an hour of social time. Come along and exercise at your own pace in a relaxed environment with full support.
